I found I would over train one day and/or under train another. My problem was how to replace a cycling workout with say a Skierg workout and maintain a consistent training load for a given training block. I became interested in incorporating cross-training into my training plan. I have used TP WKO3 to log and track my training for about 4 years. I am a 71 year old male with a road cycling history.
